How do you find all this cool stuff? When I lived in PA anything over 10 years old was a rusted out shitbox. I guess
the extra couple hours east makes a huge difference?

That’s a big part of it I guess. This was in the Allentown area, which is pretty decent for car spotting.
The York area has been fantastic for this though, especially the closer you get to the Mason Dixon Line. Another 60 miles south in latitude is apparently significant!
